5-star from me. Was trailering my boat back from OBX the first week of June, and 1/2 before the CBBT toll, my F250 PSD dies at 55mph. Made a call to Diesel Works, who gave me some advice on what to look for as a cause (no luck fixing), So I had it towed to Diesel Works. The owner Dan and tech DJ basically dropped what they were doing to diagnose and repair my issue (shorted out fuel heater wire- I would have never found the problem!). Within 5 hours, I was back on my way and felt what I was charged was very fair, seeing how they made me the priority that afternoon. The front end staff (Cheryl, maybe(?)) was so helpful and courteous. I'm not local to Virginia Beach, but if I was I sure would make Diesel Works my local repair shop. Now if I can just figure out how to clone the shop and staff and bring them up to Maryland's Eastern Shore.... Thanks a bunch Dan!

took two time in the shop but they got it fixed. I hope this is the last time for this truck nothing personal but this truck is acting like a boat or should I say a money pit one more time & it gone.

Does not return phone calls, keeps your vehicle longer than needed. Charges way too much

Go to a diesel repair shop to have a radiator drained ! I DID !! I did not want to risk twisting the drain cock out of the radiator trying to remove it my self...... my 'go to radiator repair was 'TOO BUSY TODAY' to handle my job and suggested "I wait until tomorrow" I actually was able to secure 'an appointment' to drain and refill my FORD Farm Tractor radiator at Diesel Works. Your office crew was exceptional. Your mechanic, DJ, was very, very professional. We also were able to drain the engine block, many radiator shops would have even overlooked that option. I was very pleased with your services and since, have sent my sons truck in for repairs to friction related holes, in his diesel fuel line.
