Two months ago I returned home from having factory work done on my RV. After having new aluminum wheels installed with Borg stems at the factory, one of the stems was defective and needed replacing, and the front wheels could not be properly balanced. Bryan Roberts, our service advisor, could not have been more accommodating--work was performed expeditiously and correctly. We have put 2500 miles on the RV since then, and all is performing smoothly. I was particularly impressed with the technician's suggestions and recommendations for tire care and inflation. This was a relatively small service, but it highlighted this firms integrity, interest in customer support, and quality of work. I'll continue to use Diesel Works and Auto.

Visiting in Virginia Beach from out of town I needed service on my 6.7 Ford diesel I found these guys on the Internet and since it was close to where I was staying I gave them a try.When I found out after I got there this is a NAPA authorized dealer and all mechanics are certified. The service manager got me in quick and out in a very short time. I was pleased to learn that they use quality Wolfs head motor oil and Napa filters. The receptionist was wonderful and offered me a cold drink while I waited. Great service no over sell And cheaper than I had been paying at quick Lane and ford dealers. I don’t know when I’ll be back around in this area but when I am I will be coming to see their small family owned business because they are top shelf and believe in being honest and doing great work for their customers.Any locals reading this need to stop by and pay them a visit.

It’s hard to find a diesel shop in the area that you can respect and want to bring your diesel in. Brian, Traci, and the mechanics were awesome. They have amazing customer service and knowledge. They were able to find some problems that other local diesel shops overlooked or couldn’t find. I’ll always bring my truck here. I called 5 different mechanics and was finally referred to Diesel Works and Auto to look at my tires on my RV. Without an appointment, they told me to come in and showed me how to inflate them and the additional tools needed. During the inspection Dan noticed one of the inside tires was completely flat. Thanks to them taking the time to help me, I was able to make alternate plans with another vehicle and drive safely. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic who is willing to help.
